Azure River
A single book-matched slab split by a deep cobalt resin river.
Two halves of one slab, opened like a book and held apart by a poured cobalt river. The timber was air-dried for two seasons before it was touched, then stabilised, levelled and poured in a single continuous cast so the river reads as water rather than a joint.
