The slab decidesmost of the design.
We work in four materials and we prepare all of them ourselves, because the failures in this trade almost always start with a shortcut in the material.

Timber
Air-dried and kiln-stabilised hardwood slabs, character grades included. Reclaimed and FSC-certified stock is used wherever the design allows. Every slab is moisture-tested before it is machined, because a table that moves is a table that fails.

Resin
Deep-pour epoxy in pigmented or translucent colour, cast in a temperature-controlled bay so the pour cures evenly and holds clarity. Colour is matched to a sample you approve, not to a screen.

Metal
Mild steel, stainless and brass — cut, welded, ground and finished in blackened, brushed or powder-coated form. Bases are engineered for the span they carry, not chosen from a catalogue.

Upholstery
In-house frames, foams and covering in leather or fabric, so seating arrives matched to the table it belongs with rather than sourced separately.
Sustainability
Responsibly sourced, or not sourced
We prioritise eco-friendly and responsibly sourced materials in production — reclaimed timber, FSC-certified stock and recycled materials wherever the piece allows. Offcuts become smaller pieces rather than waste, and finishes are chosen so a table can be re-oiled in twenty years instead of replaced.
